Language Is Everything

Tell yourself you can’t have something and your brain will go:
“F*ck you. Yes I can.”
That’s how we’re wired.
We say no, our brain says watch me.
Language has such a strong effect on what we do.
Say “I’m not a gym person” and guess what? You’ll stay a non-gym person. Forever.
But shift it, and...
Say “I’m becoming a gym person” that’s different. That’s movement. That’s growth. That’s a story you can step into.
Same with food.
If you say “I can’t have one of those” (sh*tty food), your brain fires back: “Don’t tell me what I can and can’t do.”
But if you say “I don’t eat those” it’s totally different.
There is no fight to have with yourself.
So next time, instead of saying “I can’t” - say “I don’t.”
Instead of saying “I’m not that person” - say “I’m becoming that person.”
Because language isn’t just your words.
It’s your identity.
And your identity shapes everything you do.
If you’re ready to flip the script and start becoming the person you actually want to be, my free kickstart course will show you exactly how.
