2. What You’re Buying
When you purchase a course, digital product, or coaching session, you’re buying access to learning materials — not a guaranteed result. We give you the tools, structure, and support. What you do with it is up to you.
“Lifetime access” means for the lifetime of this course as offered by Simple Action Academy.
We reserve the right to update, upgrade, retire or replace the course at any time with 30 days’ notice to users.
3. Refunds + Guarantees
We offer a 28-day money-back guarantee on all paid courses. If you’re not happy, email us at support@simpleactionacademy.com within 28 days of purchase — we’ll either help you get unstuck or refund you. No fluff, no faff.
We aim to respond to support requests within 1-2 working days, Monday to Friday (UK time).
Coaching and community memberships are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
4. Use of Content
All content, downloads, and tools are for your personal use only. Don’t resell, copy, or share them without permission. You wouldn’t like it if someone did that to your work, either.
5. Email & Communication
By signing up, downloading, or purchasing, you consent to receive emails related to your order, product updates, or occasional marketing. You can unsubscribe any time — but you might miss good stuff.
6. Coaching Disclaimer
Our coaching services are here to support your personal growth — but they’re not therapy, counselling, or medical advice. You remain responsible for your own actions, choices, and results.
7. Community
If you join our community (online or otherwise), you agree to keep things respectful, real, and constructive. We reserve the right to remove anyone being a tool.
8. Payments + Security
All payments are processed securely via trusted third-party platforms (like Stripe or PayPal). We don’t store or access your card details.
9. Legal Stuff
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If there’s ever a dispute, we’ll try to sort it like adults — but if needed, it’ll be handled through UK legal channels.
